A sleeper built for stability.

Wooden sleepers with creosote have been used for decades, but they leak toxins directly into the ground and are being phased out entirely. Concrete sleepers are strong but impractical. When a single sleeper needs replacing, the entire track section often has to be torn up and redone. It takes time and costs a lot of money. Wood without creosote is an alternative, but it lasts about half as long and doesn't perform well in colder temperatures.

Our composite sleeper replaces all three. No toxins in the ground. You can replace one sleeper at a time or replace larger sections. And with a certified service life of over 50 years, it's the cheapest and best solution regardless of which alternative you compare it with.
